- Safety & Punctuality
- No Smoking: For safety reasons, smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire cruise.
- Strict Departure: The cruise will depart strictly on time and will not wait for latecomers. Attendance failure will be treated as a forfeiture of participation, and any payments made will be strictly non-refundable.
- Bad Weather Arrangements
- Typhoon Policy: In case Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted after 15:00 hrs on the day of the function, the event will be cancelled.
- Other Weather Conditions: For all other weather conditions (including Rainstorm Signals or Typhoon Signals No. 1 and 3), the dinner will still be conducted as scheduled.

- Take Exit A1 (Shu Kuk Street)

- Cross the road at the intersection towards the North Point (East) Ferry Pier building
- Follow the signs for the Bauhinia Cruise boarding gate
