- WONCA Direct & Life Members: Membership certificate issued by WONCA
- Trainees: Certificate / letter issued by the Training Program Chair, and validated by MO
- Fulltime students: Valid Student ID or proof letter validated by your Colleges
- TRM (Young Doctor Movement): This registration category is exclusively available for individuals who are members of the WONCA Young Doctor Movement and have completed their medical training within the last 5 years. Please ensure your eligibility before selecting this option, and submit a certificate from your affiliated society, hospital, or school during registration.
- * HKCFP Members: All membership categories are eligible. A valid HKCFP membership ID is required.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy:
- The registration is non-transferable.
- Withdrawal of Registration on or before 15 Jan 2027: A full refund will be provided, with a USD 80 deduction for bank and administrative charge.
- Withdrawal of Registration after 15 Jan 2027: No refunds will be issued.
- Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed within 8 weeks after the conference.
- Delegates are responsible for registering under the appropriate category. An administrative fee of USD 80 may apply if a correction to the registration category is required.
