Registration Deadline
Online registration will be open till 21 Apr 2027 or until the conference reaches full capacity. Onsite registration is available on 22-25 Apr 2027 (Thursday - Sunday).
Registration Acknowledgement Email
An acknowledgement email will be received within 24 hours after the completion of registration.
Notice to Registered HKCFP Members
Registered HKCFP members who register at the membership rate must maintain valid membership status throughout the conference and pay the annual subscription fee in order to receive attendance certificates and CME/CPD/CNE points. Non‑payment will result in forfeiture of these entitlements, subject to approval by the WONCA APRC 2027 Hong Kong HOC.
Use of Personal Information
Personal information will be collected by the organisers, including the HKCFP and the WONCA Secretariat, and will be used solely for purposes directly related to the services and activities of the event, as well as for necessary follow‑up matters. Any other use will require prior consent. Personal data will not be retained longer than is necessary for the intended purpose.
Disclaimer
Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure all aspects of the conference mentioned will take place as scheduled, the WONCA APRC 2027 Hong Kong HOC reserves the right to make changes to the programme without notice as and when deemed necessary prior to the Conference.

F. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The registration is non-transferable.
Withdrawal of Registration on or before 15 Jan 2027: A full refund will be provided, with a US$50 deduction for bank and administrative charge.
Withdrawal of Registration after 15 Jan 2027: No refunds will be issued.
Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed within 8 weeks after the conference.
